Is a Imperator angel a diff fish than an Imperial - or is that the correct term for the same fish?

Yea, they seem to have 3 names for the same fish. Imperator, Imperial, and Emperor. Weird.

Ha - yeah, I could see how that could be taken.
I have had saltwater fish -tangs, a couple small angels, and the starter damsels, so I know just a little, and there was a Niger listed in the sale ad. IIRC they are the 2nd most doscile, the Picasso being the most tame. I **think** the Clown was the most aggressive - awesome looking, but you basically would be feeding most other fish in a tank to it by the time it was over.
