Are you serious? No way in hell an m50 can fit into an e30 chassis! People have tried numerous times to fit that motor in these cars and every single one of them has failed terribly. Some have even died from the failure alone. Yes, its just replacing an inline 6 with another inline 6, but the fact that its never been actually completed before means that there is no information to go by. Everyone is flying by the seat of their pants with this swap. There is entirely no documentation for anyone to follow and the insane amount of custom work that needs to be done is just that... insane.

If you have to ask, you can't do it. You'd be better off fitting dual turbo-diesel engines from a off-shore fishing boat in the engine bay of these suckers than an m50. FORGET IT!
