So my big plan this holiday season has been to buy my family a new TV. Something largeish with the terms "widescreen" and "HD" in the name... I go look at my online banking thing today to see if I have enough money in my account to cover such an expense to find a charge from a CD duplication company that I haven't dealt with in two years. For a rather large sum of money too... I've unleashed the fury of my banks dispute resolution team on them (I've paid them enough in overdraft fees at this point, I figure they owe me...) but it still won't be resolved until after New Years. The way I see it, if they're going to fuck with my christmas, I'm going to keep harrasing them personally until they send me a check for the money too, that way I'll be ahead of the game. :D Pity that wouldn't actually work...

That really sucks. In the mean time find yourself a 65" side from a box or something and draw the t.v on it. Then your family, from a distance will think you got the t.v. This is only temporary of course;) So will you get the money back for sure or is it still unknown?
Good luck.Originally posted by cabriodster87"Honey? What color is this wire? Is it the same as that one? Are you sure? I don't believe it. OK, it works. Thank you sweetie."Originally posted by Kershawi've got a boner and a desire to speed.

It wasn't going to be a CHRISTMAS DAY present exactly, I wanted to make sure everyone was happy with the decision. That's why I hadn't bought anything yet. I think I will get the money back through my bank within a few weeks and I'm going to keep hounding the company itself in the hopes that maybe they won't realize that my bank is already dealing with it. I seriously wonder how some companies stay in business these days...'89 325is S50 Track Montser
