I stopped eating all that shit about a 6 months ago, and I've never felt better. I MIGHT go to McDonald's or BK if we're in rush on lunch at work or if I'm on the road going somewhere in a hurry, but within 15 minutes I feel like hammered shit. It's amazing how fast your body becomes intolerant that garbage when you stop eating it altogether. Kinda makes you think about what it does to you. Lord, how I do miss it sometimes, though. In high school, we used to hit Burger King right before they would close and load up on Rodeo's before heading out for the night.

I can see how it can make you feel like shit. I definately dont feel great afterwards. I only reall eat it when Im driving long distances as I said, I hate stopping and eating so drive thrus rule. Yes, Subway FTW. I love that place, not even the meatball subs make me feel like all that other shit does. It's even better for me because I don't like mustard or mayonaise, so leaving that stuff off saves me a lot more calories.

For the buck, I say Subway (although to have a full meal, you'll be paying $10 already... and that $2.49 daily special aint shit... I'd have to eat 3 to be happy and its all bread). 2 things tho; eat salads and drink water. If you want a sandwich really, eat a wrap.. even the wheat bread is a handful. Also, nothing on their drink list is any good..... and the sodas ruin your teeth so I wouldnt even tough the light sodas.

But if you want an awsome sit-in healthy restaurant, I suggest Sweet Tomatoes. The one local here is $10 all you can eat, with a drink. They always have 4-5 different soups, 3 different pastas, a huge salad bar, and a bunch of other stuff.

When I left Subway, I stopped by a month later to say whats up and my old manager told me after I left they finally started making good money off macademia cookies. I never left any cookies for them to sell hahahaha. I still am a sucker for those things.
