I have yet to use Tamiya paints. How good are they?
They are really good ,great coating , no clumping and drys to the touch in 30 minutes. Testors you have to let dry for 3 to 5 days with out having finger prints.
I'm at my parents house and can now post in this thread! It's a '69 Charger and a '69 Shelby GT500 I made from when I was 11 or 12.. More recently, I also have a brown '68 Charger pro touring car that's not done yet.. it's one of those "2 in 1" you can make as either a drag car or a street car. So naturally I'm doing a sleeper with the race motor and slicks but stock paint :P
Fujimi and Revell have the e30 and Fujimi and Testors have the M3. All the same kits though. But the Revell kit is molded in silver and has smoked glass, as to white with clear in the Fujimi. And the m3 has smoked glass in the Testors kit if I recall.
That corvair is killer !!! midengine V8 . :D I have that same e30 kit but i left the weaves on it. I also have a e30 m3 that was suppose to have a small electric engine in it.It was a japan kit,i cant remember what brand it was though.
