shit right now where i live its -36 degrees celcius. i went to start the car even with it plugged in for about an hour and all i got was the slowest cranking ever it wouldnt even turn over. with the wind chill its in the negative 40's. ohh god i need to move to a warmer climate.

Yeah its damm cold here today.
Hard on the cars too. That's why I drive a winter beater and the e30 is in storage :-)
My 85 Camry is a champ and starts every time - no need to plug it in either.

Mike, your walk to school is too far in this weather. I had to get from Newton place to ETLC and I walked Education -> pharmacy -> Civil eng/ physics -> SUB -> Ag/for -> Eng ...All that just to stay inside.
Also, I drove past your house twice today :-)
