this morning before i was about leave to head to school, i decided i wanted to change the pants i was wearing to a different pair. and then i flew out the door, jumped in my car, got on the main highway to school and immediately got pulled over. (the beater has a rejected inspection sticker) so i pull into a motel parking lot, and as he asks me for my license, i reach around and NO WALLET! fucking pants. I got a ticket for failure to show a DL. no biggie, but i feel like such an idiot. All in all, he was a pretty cool cop, and i could have walked away with about 4 tickets. (loud exhaust, etc.)

I've forgotten my wallet before, never got pulled over though. I know the nervous feeling that you get when you realize you don't have it with you for the first time.
Oh, and get your car fixed so you can enjoy my 4.10 for a bit more. I'd like to install it in the drift machine again soon

In New Jersey, when a car is rejected, there is a sticker that is placed on the window that also indicates when the next inspection must be preformed. I know the GTI doesn't have this sticker on it, but the cop would have known when it was due again if he just ran the plates. He probably got pulled over because the car is ridiculously loud, or he 4 wheel drifted it onto the highway or something stupid.Originally posted by asubimmer View PostComment
