IIRC i had a very slight gap with tucking the rear bumper. Nothing noticeable or to worry about IMO.

Be careful though, when i tucked mine the bumper split apart and later fell off. :rofl:

Maybe Aaron used '88/late Cabrio (correct me if i'm wrong if the Cabrios aren't shorter) shocks?

Thanks man. Well Aaron is helping me do mine and he didn't tuck his a lot like yours appears because he said it created a gap on the side. I would rather not have a gap but yours can't really be seen.

Actually after I think about it, unless you tuck it so much that you get the to rounder part you probably won't experience a gap

Can you take a pic to show the gap, if any, in between the bumper shroud and the tuck front bumper? I am curious cause that is TUCKED and I don't want a huge gap when I tuck mine. If you get a chance.

It's the same tuck everyone does as far as i know, i just drilled the shocks and kicked it with my foot until i stopped, no gaps.

The rear apron looks to be a mould of a plastic bumper and a Reiger bottom (there's a seam where they meet). Made the Reiger bumper slightly less ugly.

And that mattress is no different then any other in ANY hotel/motel. The stains just weren't removed. You really think that a clean looking mattress really is as clean as it looks? Still nasty to think about though. That's why I don't. ;) :)

sucks about the motel. i stayed in something much like that for a spring break and a beach rat motel to boot. though i slept on the floor. after seeing that bed, it was probably for the better.

i like the e30 look. for what the ride is worth, the look is bad ass.

Welcome back!! That bed was like . I didn't really like your car with those rims on it before, but now i really dig them on there. Plus it looks good in red/black. I think that it would look really cool if you would put a splitter under the early lip.

Actually thinking about that, at first glance, alot of people think my rear bumper is lower than my front, but from a measurement, they're both exactly 4 3/4" from the ground. I'd like something to make the front a little lower than the back.

I'm going to raise the rear a smidget tomorrow it's at 23" front and rear, but i'd like the rear at 23 1/4", i'm thinking about getting a few flat rubber washers under the spring perches. In the pictures, the rear is sagged a tad, i picked up some heavy e36 seats. I'm very picky on ride height, it makes or breaks a car IMO.

Thanks for the compliments though, i like my car alot more once i got rid of that sunbaked Bronzit, i actually got a compliment on the drive home of "Nice car!". :) I wanted black, but i painted it myself and was scared of black. :P I'm going to swap bumpers from a parts car soon and color match it insted of all flat black, mine's damaged if you can tell (moulding broken off on driver's side).

As for the rims, i bought them before paint so i could do my fender rolling and not damage new paint, i saw the potentional in 'em, Bronzit just didn't bring it out. Like i said, i was going to do black to really set off my rims, but didn't happen, red is good enough.

My diving board had rotted off literally and insted of plastics i chose that, i think it goes well with the factory cow catcher.
