you know how you make an angle out of tubing ie: FMIC tubes where you do little sections at a time
i cannot remember what the name of its called, it has a name for that style of construction.

Do you mean how you bend tubing but keep the inner diamet the same ?
That needs to be done with a mandrel bender .

Or do you simply mean making pie-cuts and sectioning the tubing to make the radius you desire ?
