Hello,

Is there any way to extract all emails recieved from an outlook account and if so what about asigning them so there are no duplicates. I am working on a huge promotion with plate website and have about 7500 emails on file that we would like to have on mailing list.

you can export all emails and address books from outlook

File --> Import/Export --> Export to File --> Person Folder File (.pst)
Make sure you click the include subfolders checkbox then click next and finish.

Similar process to import into your next outlook...

You can also exprot the adress book as charachters separated by commas to then import them into an excel spreadsheet.

you can do that from the contact area.
