I remember seeing some special on tv a good year ago that showed an old-school motorcycle race track that looked something like that.

The show was either on Discovery, TLC, or it could have been Topgear...anyway, it featured Ewan Mcgregor as he took a trip across europe trying out different motorcycles. One of the highlights was him trying out an old race bike on a track that looked very simililar to the one in the photo. I think they raced motorcycles on it back in maybe the 1940's - '50s or around that time.

Well that's the only clue I can give ya....if I remember more about it I'll pass it along.

I think that the track you are talking about is on top of a building in Germany.
