Is it those arabs? Someone posted on here with a montage of the drifting in the middle east and a car smashed into a pedestrian and sent him flying. I hope I dont offend anybody, but what do you expect when you don't wear seatbelts? It's what happens when they do really really dangerous drifting at high speeds. Even though I totally agree that these people in the video were acting extremely stupid, I don't think reckless driving is directly correlated to region of origin. Having said that, arabs in the GULF (those that wear the long white robes) tend to be more reckless due to their governments not imposing any speed limits, in combination with sprawling highways and a pathetic excuse for a driver-ed system.
