Anybody know where to get cheap airfare?

I've used cheaptickets, expedia, travelocity, etc..... to look for some reasonable plane tickets from Newark Airport to Wichita MidContinent. Cheapest I can find is like 250 something. And thats with 3-4 weeks notice. I know if I fly standby or whatever I can get a better deal, but I only have a small window of opportunity during the day to fly out/back. Just wondering if anybody knew of somewhere else to look, or has some hook ups...

When I flew to Munich last summer, the cheapest prices I could find were on www.bt-store.com.

Of course, Southwest doesn't fly to Europe though. :)
