To be honest, with the ramp and elephant one, its asked if the object would move after coming to rest...I understand what they mean, but for how its worded, I would easily argue NO, since if its stated that the object is a t rest, then obviously it is not moving, nor will it move, since it is at rest. I dunno about you, but I used to argue a lot with my teachers, and I look at this and laugh, since if you state something is at rest, then its not moving....because if it was not at rest, then it would be a false statement, thus voiding the whole question since there is a false statement there :)
