can anyone point me to MP4 to AVI or MPEG SW (FREE)

I can't find one that's worth a crap... Or that converts the whole video or does not give me audio. There's got to be a free MP4 to AVI/MPEG out there. Anyone know?

I'm trying to convert the vids in my cell to AVI or MPEG onto my PC. Thanks
