    You should read this:

    http://www.law.buffalo.edu/Academics...rs/holland.htm

    and this:

Here's a quote from the last text.

"An offender is specifically liable for damages to the victim. At times, this liability can be extended to include others (e.g. an employer) with a greater capacity for satisfying the judgment. "

Thanks for the info. I just got off the phone with my lawyer and she said to start with a simple email requesting to remove the information. Depending on his reaction we'll go from there.

omg there are some seriously crazy people out in the world.
i had made some "friends" years back and realized trouble started to amount. Stories not real close to that crazy crap but was still enough to remove myself from that picture in a hurry.

good luck with getting that removed. for what ever they may believe, admit nothing but short winded appologies sometimes go a long way.

Dude I think that you are in the CIA after reading that. YOU BASTARD!!!! You are giving E30 owners bad advice in an evil attempt to destroy all BMW's in the US.

Seriously funny website though, I haven't found anything that funny in awhile. The things that some people believe are just so crazy, it is unbelievable.

Good luck makes one wonder, especially you, if they have hijacked your personal information in any way?? Keep a CLOSE EYE on your credit reports too. If they can find that much out about you they could get there hands on private info and steal your identity. Not trying to worry you but watch yourself.

is this true? it's in the ad for the resale of the car:

As you can see it has been rebuilt and repainted. It also has new interior from a 1991 318. The dash area was also replaced and when it was re-titled the owner used the VIN from the new dash, so now the car is registered as a 1991(I checked with my DMV and local police and was told it was ok because the car has a salvage title).

Really? You can brand a car with the vin from a new dashboard? Damn I have a 91 eta then (rebuilt title). woohoo, seriously thats f'd up
