    @#$&*#@$!!!!!!!!!! #@$#( Shi'itey Callcenter reps/service! T-Mobile

Damn, I just spent another hour on the phone with T-Mobile's technical support and I am !#*&%&$( FRUSTRATED!!!! Firstly I have worked at a callcenter and I know everyone has their days but I also know there are some pieces of shi'ite that should be working picking up Elephant dung or something!!!!! DAmn! So arrogant and so ignorant!

T-Mobile offers a free online foto album to its customers. When you take a picture, you have the option of sending it to your online album. I can take photos up to 1280 x 1024, which we all know, when viewed on a monitor, with the window maximized will take up the whole, if not more, screen. up untill not to long ago, my pics would arrive at my album just fine (allowing me to maximize them and therefore view them in their 1280 x 1024 "size") However, now they reach my album at 480 by 334 or some shit. I can't tell you how MUCH stupid, arogant, ignorant and straight up insulting shit I have heard from these so called techincal support representatives. I've walked numerous ones through putting their foot in their mouth, personally taken them to my album to show them what I am talking about, educated some on resolution. I was even told I needed to get photo editing software! Everyone keeps saying "resize" they don't comprehend or listen that the issue is "maximizing the pic" or "blowing the picture up". Something between my sending the picture and the album recieving it is compressing the photo/file. They even sent me a brand new phone in all their ignorance. Which still didn't resolve the issue. I'm about 2 days from switching to Cingular. I've been with them for 6 years and always thought highly of T-Mobile's service and quality up until now...

    Were they americans?

Never do they think that they don't have the answer, but usually they think that you are asking the wrong questions. Unfortunately tech support people really don't have a clue. Its obvious that they do not use the products that they assist with so when you ask them an off-topic question that is not inside of the boundaries of their computer terminal they are completely lost.

Somehow I wish that there was a way to match the tech support people with the customers according to their level of understanding. So that way the idiots in tech support can help the people who don't know how to check their voice mail while the more experianced tech support people who also have a brain (and use it) could better assist those of us who are knowledgeable enough about the phone who find uncommon problems.

They were all americans. I've found that it's usually the prissy white girl that is always the most helpful. Out of these past 7-10 calls, the two or three most successful, or should I say least unsuccessful, calls were handled by the prissy white Lory, Autumn or I don't remember the other one. I think her employee ID was 102856 though. LOL

I hear you on the argument against call center people and how annoying they are but please never say this again:

can take photos up to 1280 x 1024, which we all know, when viewed on a monitor, with the window maximized will take up the whole, if not more, screen.
It hurts the ears of the technical

Yeah I've always had bad luck with stupid phone companies, especially verizon, and after that .002 verizon math bullshit I just gave up every trying to get a point across to them. I'm switching to cingular once iPhones come out just for a change of pace.

Check your TCP/IP settings, power cycle your modem, run outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy and give me the serial number off of your keyboard.

That, my friend, is the first indication that your tech support call is about to be a very LONG one indeed!

"You must reinstall Windows", that's what you get as an answer whenever you call in Chile. :)

Tmo used to have great customer service. That was their main selling point for a long time.
