WHAT!??? LOL!!! Sorry. I know how you feel though I have been through the same shi'ite. Getting people overseas is frustrating in itself but someone who just wants to argue with you and not help is even worse.
Just try not to get upset or any further stressed about the whole situation. Go into the branch you opened your account in, if possible, and calmly speak to a rep, not a clerk. Explain you are in a financial bind and that you really need their help. I have found they will always will remove 1 of 2, possibly 2 of 3, etc NSF fees. Also, if the first person doesn't work with you, try anothe person or a mgr. You will always find a kind person who has a little more of a human touch. Good luck

i have had a chase bank account for around 2 years and i have had my first problem. i lost my wallet, so i called them to get a new one mailed to me, found out it is at my aunts address who lives far away as hell. i opened the account with her before i was 18. so i get the card, and decide to go to the bank to get my address changed so if something like this happens again i dont have to go through my aunt. so i change the address and two weeks later some checks from chase arrive in the mail. so i use them to write three checks for various bills. then last night i get a note in the mail saying i owe fifty dollars for an insufficient fund fee. which is bullshit, cause i know that there is far more than enough money in that account to pay for the checks.
so i call the helpline, get some women from in india i guess, and after telling her that i understand how a checking account works, and how a debit card and checks are different i get pissed and decide i will just go to the branch. so i tell her this, she says "have a good day, go to hell motherfucker" and then she hangs up.
i hate talking with stupid people on the phone! and i hate having problems with something that i thought was problem-free.
URGHHHH!
