Don't know how many of you guys would be interested in this but I thought I'd share. A couple of guys that I go to gym with are some amazing gymnasts and they showed me this video. Check out around 0:50 for some crazy flips and 2:13 for some break dancing.

That's some pretty awesome stuff. I wish I had a facility like that to mess around in. I can do standing front/back flips and a some crazy handstand stuff.
