When I think about it, driving is something that if I do, I know I'll be better off. No matter how shitty a mood I am in, wanna kill someone/myself, if I hop in my pos 325e it'll make things better. I love driving.

Thats infinitely the best option. And so so so so so difficult to achieve even when you want to, your instant reaction and brain obsession doesnt permit you to. WHen I was doing this, I would practice it and WHENEVER the thought would creep into my mind, I wouldnt let myself think about it. You get better at it with practice. Trust me, Ive learned a LOT from having my license suspended over and getting really shafted out of my court order by the DMV for 3 1/2 years (1 1/2 years more than the maximum that Cali law permits. I just had to eat it all cuz it literally was making me miserable and bitter. Music also really works for me as well as drawing, driving (without traffic), and wierdly enough.......ironing. I know its wierd.


.....or just drink it away like I do now haha. jk, but not really.

I dont understand people getting really angry. I cant remember the last time I was mad at someone.

I've gotten slightly upset before but it dosent really bother me, I just talk to the person and get over it. If that dosent work then that means the person is retarded and not worth my time to think about and I end up feeling sorry for them. Things just really dont bother me, I can just blow anything off.
