My guess is that the glasses on his face is actually being played in reverse. They probably do the first clip of throwing the glasses at the guy and then they do a second one of him with the glasses being yanked off by a piece of fishing line and then somewhere between the two scenes they probably match up the most similar frame between clips 1 and 2 and even shift the frame to make them match up. Notice all of the lateral shifting of the scene which is very different from someone who would be normally panning the camera. Its probably that same effect that they used in that commercial where they rolled the truck down the hill and when it landed, the truck was upright and completely clean and undamaged.Comment

Thats because they don't have time. If you ever get a chance to visit the news station, you will see guys trying to edit the clips for the news as fast as they can while they have a boss standing over them cracking whip.Comment

No, it's because are local news team sucks ass. The reporter does the reporting, filming and editing, all by themselves. We did better in high school doing video announcements in the morning.Comment
