Its been my experience on other forums (not necessarily BMW related) that when you present ideas that are a bit too controversial or if you tend to say things that strongly challenge what other people believe and think about a particular topic, you are often viewed as a troublemaker. And granted there are people who go on forums like this for the purpose of starting fights and having text wars but there are also people who are not looking for anything like that who are simply bold enough to say exactly what they think and refuse to be aplogetic about it.
