guitar hero is nothing more than a game, and people generally show off when they get good at a game.

just an example, if someone was really good at video game football, would you assume they were really good at football in real life?

I have to disagree with him "blowing ass" at real guitar. He is learning the hand coridination. He might not pick up and Electric Gutar and play like he does in the game but I bet hed have a better start than someone just picking up the guitar no experience at all.

Guitar Hero II is pretty fun indeed, but my younger sister is WAAAY better than me, so I sort of quit playing.

I remember the first time I tried playing Guitar Hero and my brother was explaining it too me I kept getting pissed because my hands wanted react with the chord and the game does not have you strike at exact chord changes.

guitar hero doesn't translate very well to the real deal. some of the songs on there that are hard, are easier to play with the real deal. and some songs are harder with the real deal than the plastic one.

We had toy guns. Shitloads of toy guns. I'm talking a fucking arsenal. And back in the late 80's-early-90's when they all looked dead-on for real guns, except for the little orange tip that we would always just bust off with a pair of pliers. That is, until the moral majority stepped in and decided that playing with toy guns was going to turn us all into murdering little psychopaths.
