this reminds me of a good story when i managed a warehouse that distributed paper products back in the late 80's early 90's
i worked the 2nd shift and had maybe 20 guys who filled orders and we sold almost anything made of paper. from print stock to paper cups to adult diapers.
i used to have pizza night on fridays or sometimes wed BBQ. i would take money from petty cash and buy the food for these fuckers. one night i told them we could have t bones on the grill but they would all have to work that night in adult diapers to get the steak. about 1/2 of them agreed and spent the entire night filling orders in diapers. i also wore one. word spread to the upper management later in the week and they brought me in to tell me it wasnt a good idea to do shit like this. but fuck em, i made work fun and those guys loved that shit. i eventually got "laid off" from that job. i think it was because of my odd management style but dont know for sure. i was also banging everything in the front office that moved so that could have something to do with it too
