and i only have a year left of college.. its setting in that im going to be 18 with a 9 to 5.


with a lot more money to spend on my car :D

i left the regular high school about 2 years ago after jumping around schools. I went into independent studies and i only went to high school once a week. So i figured why not get a jump on college and applied at the community college and they let me in. not only that but my high school also paid for my tuition and gave me credit for classes i took there.


im in the T-ten and HPI programs in the automotive department at citrus college. and im almost done. whatever job i can get with that should hold me over for a while till i have enough money to go to an engineering school.

haha kinda. i just havent decided if i really wanna work on cars for the rest of my life or not. theres good money to be made there but i can see it really messing up me working on them for a hobbie. doing something to make a living and doing something for a pasttime is totally different.


i dont know, maybe i'll try and squeeze in the door at a bmw dealship as a service writer or something. we'll see where it takes me. if it doesnt work out. shit im only 18.. its not like its too late for me to start studying for another line of work.

I'll be graduating HS tonight. Starting a landscaping job full time on Monday (40-55 hours a week) and then PennState in the fall. Hopefully I can fit in at least one summer class at Community college.

+1. i'm doing an internship right now for my Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering degree, and it kicks ass. i get salaried $41,000/yr and I haven't even graduated :) I spend most of my day goofing around on R3v on my computer!

6 months from now you'll look back and realize how fucking pointless high school was. I have thought a lot about it and even if I would have failed out of high school I would be in the same place academically as I am right now. High school was such a joke.

I just graduated last week and its great, now im plastering and painting full time for the summer and starting umass in the fall. high school will be no big loss.
