The engines in our E30's are straight 4's and straight 6's. inline 4 or 6 refers to the car being FWD, as the engine is "in line" with the wheels that recieve power.

NO MATTER HOW YOU CUT IT, WE HAVE INLINE 4'S AND 6'S. ALSO REFERRED TO AS "STRAIGHT 6", "I6", IT'S REAR WHEEL DRIVE, SO NO MATTER HOW YOU CUT IT, PEOPLE KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT.

IT'S NOT "W18" OR "V6", IT'S NOT HYBRID OR DIESEL*. IT'S NOT NORTHSTAR SHIT. IT'S NOT SMG. THERE IS NO CVT TRANSMISSION.




*Some e30's are in fact diesel, but i have yet to see a factory diesel E30 the USA
