That would be classic, Brasilian and an Argentino regulating a soccer thread. Only one of the two largest rivals in the Soccer World. Mariano is sangue bom though . Brasil and Uruguay tonight! It should be good!

Mariano, you keeping up with the FIFA U20 World Cup at all? Brasil barely made it out of the first round via being one of the best 3rd places. Pathetic losses to Poland and the USA. We play Spain tomorrow and you guys play Poland on Thursday. SoccerTV.com is a great site to check on upcoming games, the channels which will air them and their airtimes. Good luck!

yeah they have every channel and every game thats televised and EVERY time zone. VERY useful. I get updates from them. Good luck, Brasil! We play Mexico tomorrow, here in L.A. that game has a different meaning. Its always a tough game. I respect Mexico.

Doni was clearly outside the goal line before the last penalty was shot. Bad call on behalf of the ref.

You get used to it in the futbol world. Very rarely will they call a call like that against Brasil.

Sucks for the opposing team. However, I'm glad brasil in into the finals. Looking forward to tomorrow's matchup.

Damn, what a match. So much emotion. I am very glad to say the least... Doni has almost redeemed himself in my book. We'll have to see what he does in the final. And for those who fail to notice, this Selecao, like the one of the last Copa America is comprised of mostly bench players. This is our "B" Selecao. Most other countries have their straight up "World Cup Teams" put together. Then again, only Brasil can really pull off consistent wins with a "B" team. Argentina is hot as they are because they are playing with every single one of their superstars. Ours either chose vacation or out injured. I can't wait for tonight's game.

Welcome to soccer. These controversial calls or the lack there of happen all the time. Teams have to play to win. They have to play in such a decisve manner as to not allow controversy to weigh in on their losses.

I love it when Brasialians use that "B" team excuse. It makes me lol. ;) See you Sunday, friend. Consistent wins, does not include tying one game against Uruguay and losing a game to Mexico. Or is 2-3 won games consistent now? :)

Excuse for what? How can I use it as an excuse if we won the last Copa America and have made it to the final this time. Im just pointing out the fact that we are not and were not playing with our starters. As far as consistent wins, I was referring to throughout times, not just this Copa America. I anxiously await the final! 14 years without a title, a star team and this opportunity for revenge of last Copa America is definitely going to be tough. Argentina has been playing beautifully and I know Brasil will play with all their heart. It's going to be a good game. As Ole said "No domingo nos vemos na final"...

My team in Rio, Flamengo, signed Messi's little cousin. You know him? He was playing at Paraguay's Sportivo Luqueno.

So the final is Brazil - Argentina :D

Veremos buen futbol, que gane el mejor, y ya sabemos quien es ¿O no Mariano ? ;)

                          That would transalte as:

We'll see good soccer, may the best win, and we know who it is, right Mariano ?

                          Final
                          15/07, en Maracaibo: Brasil-Argentina 17H05 locales (21H05 GMT)

oooh.... don't start the who is the best argument. Maradona better than Pele. Argentina better than Brasil. More World Cups than the other. More Copa Americas than the other. More Olympic Gold Medals than the other. I mean Brasil is better but what exactly are we talking about here again?:D

I'll also leave you with another factoid:

The Copa América is the oldest surviving international football competition in the world, as it was held for the first time between July 2 and July 17, 1916 and won by Uruguay, as part of the commemorations of Argentina's independence centenary.

OK, take it seriously if you want, part of being a soccer fan is buggin' other people, you always have a logical reason or a statistic to prove your team will win.

Now the Chilean team got suspended for two years for having an orgy in the hotel restaurant, so we are without a team, thank god we have the kids from the "sub-20" who are doing well in Canada.

                              We even fired the coach.

Well, anyway, if you want a serious comment, both Brazil and Argentina are great teams, with soccer history and more than one world cup each.
Excellent players and totally different strategic approaches to soccer.
                              (ok over, that was boring).

Now i want to see la albiceleste win....
