Yea, it was really lame what happened. I got there after the cops left. Those cops need to be dealt with by their superiors. Pieces of shits... bored La Cresenta cops.

I can attest to this. I was the one taken in for "resisting arrest". Ill take m y time and post the whole thing. I was not combative, or insulting. This truly was fucked up. I got pepper sprayed, thrown at the hood of a car twice (breaking my friends CF hood), and left in the squad car with the pepper spray burning for 20-30 minutes. Got out today at 5AM. Im at work. I neither insulted, nor instigated anything from the police. I merely asked over and over why I was being arrested, since I was only the PASSENGER in the car that supposedly made the violation. We were in the patio, in the long driveway of MR 325 (Matts) property, copmpletely in the property. Them without their lights on pull in. I have 8 witnesses. The cuffs were so tight that it cut off circulation in my right hand and I lost some sensation on the left side of my hand that hasnt come back. I assure you, as my word is my honor, I did nothign to deserve this. They finally told me what I was charged with after 2 hours locked up. Never read my rights, either until getting interviewed by the Lieutenant at the station. This is not a joke, and all of my witnesses are going to file complaints. The officers were flagrantly aggressive. I was not armed, I was not inflammatory in any way. Matt can back me up on this. They threw him and Mike (his Bday) against the fence and wouldnt let him film it with his camera phone. I have documented all of my injuries. At no time did they attempt to approach me in a civil manner. Im not lying down on this one. This is not a joke. My eyes, and hands still burn.

I know that for every single ticket I have ever gotten, I deserve a hundred more. I know that for every time the cop was wrong, I was wrong a thousand times. How about being a man about it, growing up, dealing with the mistakes YOU have made...then maybe you won't have these issues with "the Cops".

They pulled me over a dozen times in the first few months I lived here. Haven't been ticketed yet, knock on wood...I know they are gunning for me, but I am an asshole. I drive a low, loud (stereo AND exhaust) import...irresponsibly. They know I do freeway onramps at a minimum of double the speed limit, they know I do big smoky burnouts and drift around the occasional corner (ALWAYS deserted) and they know my stereo is fucking loud, and that I like to listen to it like that (unless I am in a neighborhood) so basically, I am a dick, and deserve what I get.

In the meantime, when I get pulled over, I am polite and respectful. I know what a fucking nightmare it is to be a cop, how every effort you make to "clean up this place" means the tweaker theif you just arrested is back on the street before you are done with the 5 hours of paperwork involved with arresting the dickhole.

So, I take my lumps, keep my car legal, pay my fines and roll on.
