I Hate Cops

To answer your question they didn't really say anything they just grabed him. at least thats what i saw and heard i was about 10 feet away. again they had NO reason to go after him, he was the passenger. also he was not dressed as gang bangers or anything. plus we live in la crescenta not LA, its different, the cops over here don't really see any action. in my opinon the cops over here have an itch to make a little things into a huge deal. most of the people who live around us will also agree with me...

hey dipshit, im not 100% pro cop. there are bad cops just like there are bad teachers.politicians, and even in your line of work there are bad fry cooks. i look at each situation and judge. it sounds like marianno got roughed up. while marianno and i are from completely different worlds i can still relate to him. i know he used to be a gang banger and altho i dont know this id be willing to bet he still looks like one. if you dont think that makes a difference to cops you are wrong. cops deal with assholes 99% of their lives. when i was a kid and i brought a new kid home and my dad met him and thought he recognized him he automatically assumed he was an asshole and he knew him from arresting him . not that maybe hed seen him at church or whatever. its how seasoned cops think... i wasnt there so i cant speak but my guess is they assumed marianno was a gang banger and possibly armed. a cop that doesnt think like that is dead in a year in LA. when they first approached you marianno, what exactly happened? did they tell you to get on the front of the car and you resisted or what? to think that cops would grab him, throw him on the hood hard enough to crack carbon fiber with no escalated communication or actions is hard to believe. my guess is, and i may be wrong is they confronted him, marianno questioned why they were fucking with him and a volley of words went back and forth until the cops felt he wasnt cooperating and on the hood he went.cops, especially in an area like los angeles have to be aggressive or they will get run over.. like i said , i wasnt there but theres always 2 sides to every story. its quite possible they went way overboard .. it wouldn't be the first time

Its bullshit that tax payers and people who aren't criminals FEAR the police, hit the brakes or drive 5 under the speed limit when a cop is in site to avoid a chicken shit ticket. I have dealt with good cops and bad cops but the bad deffinately outweighs the good.

So me and Mariano went to go pick up some beer. A cop was going the opposite direction and saw that we were making a left. He pulls into a parking lot and turns around i make the left and go into matts driveway, the cop pulls in with NO LIGHTS ON just the side light. We get out the car they cops tell me to put my hand on the hood by that time mariano was in the doorway of the house when the cops pulled him out and threw him onto mikes CF hood ,which is cracked now, and pepper sprayed him. they put us in the back of the cop car for longer than 20-30 it was almost an hour id say 45-60 min. then took me out of the car and gave me a FUCKING FIXIT TICKET FOR NO FRONT PLATE!! it was complete police brutality. The video will be up as soon as i get it off mikes phone. mike was arrested for interfering with a police investigation which is bullshit because all he was doing was talking to the watch commander on the phone and telling the cops not to throw Mariano on his car.

All that shit for a fixit ticket and the funny thing is the detective was trying to convince me that "its not like we are bored or anything you know how much paperwork i have to fill out now." my response was to him if you guys arent bored then why are their 6 cop cars and a firetruck here giving me a fix-it it ticket. the officer didn't respond.....

I don't get it.......How is it that when you pull in to Matt's driveway, Mariano is already by the door of the house and you are barely getting out of the car?Was he running to the house?I can't see why the cops would throw him on the hood and mace him.....only if he was trying to hide,get rid of drugs,ect,ect.........

I'm not flaming or bieng an asshole,just curious why they would do that.

Btw I hate cops too,they always pull me over when I'm with my family and just start harrassing my girlfriend and I,cuz of my "record"or "reputation"they say.

Well I may have overstated it a bit - people quickly forget a run-in with a good officer, and always remember the bad encounters, I'll give them that.

Please, if there is one encounter I remember, it was my 125 in 65 speeding ticket, the cop was EXTRAORDINARILY NICE to me. Sympathizing with me, etc. etc. Didn't slap me around, didn't take the time to lecture me, he was a stand-up guy. "You got caught, here's your ticket, good luck in court" "When I was your age I did the same thing, but 80 miles an hour was fast enough for me"
