Buddy called me said that one of the local firearms emporiums had received a few cases of ammo today. I got there just in to to buy the last 2 yes only 2 boxes of .308 FGMM .168rg for 45 bucks a pop they has left. Totally out of all other 308 and 223. Really wish I had made that case lot order of the shit back in june for 725 to my door I have "enough" 308, but still a bit light in GMM, and 45acp. I may not be shopping at this local emporium any longer with the pricing they seem to be adopting.
Wrangled some Core lock 00 buck for 4 bucks a box at least got 110 rounds of that.

Here's my score for the month. It carries a smaller payload that yours sleeve, but it holds more :) It was a one hell of a process to track it down but it was well worth the wait. Original owner bought it new in 1995, put around 400 rounds through it, then put it in the safe until now. I picked it up and am confident I could double my money on it. It's almost too nice to shoot. He wasn't lying when he told me it was like new. It even came with the factory manual and target in it's original case.
you let them, at that point with arms to your head you strive to survive, to live to fight another day.
You warn and scream to the rest about it. Then you dig up the shit you have buried in the hills and wait. If it were to come to this we have to remain peaceful until we have the support of the rest of the world, other wise we are nothing but the American equivalent of the Taliban!!!!
Or you die in a pool of blood and smoking brass and achieve little to nothing.
This is not going to happen here........... so its kinda useless to talk about. The logistics involved will keep it form happening, and there will be enough crazy fucks that will return fire, it would be a suicide mission and they know that
229 in 40 there infernal??? Nice I love Sigs......................
Good answer. I was talking to a man today who asked me that and Disnt know what to say after he told me he would go out guns blazing the second someone asks for his guns at his home.
I figured if I sensed it getting that bad, my gear would be stashed in a certain location and we would take up living there and play it from there. I don't think I'd want to be the first person pulling the trigger. On bfc I asked as well and got some good answers. I think they would have any home out numbered in a firefight

This is something I have been thinking about a lot lately.
I know we all subscribe to the μολὼν λαβέ school of thought for the most part. But thats an action of last resort, and the timing has to be right. We will not win as much we all would like to think we can we would not.
PEACE is the only way out of this, by rising up we do nothing but play into their hands, they need us to play that part, that part of the crazy fringe nut job, that is looking for a fight with the govt. They have to have that, they have to have play the part they have been writing for us to fill in the media. The public by and large don't believe that is the case, but they will if we all play into it. It will give those in power the excuse to crush the Constitution in all its provisions and the rest of us by default.
Look at MLK and Ghandi, look what they did with peace, the pen and the 1st amendment more are powerful than any of us alone with a rifle. The founders knew this thats why freedom of speech is 1st and the right to bare arms is well 2ed. The 2ed is the LAST RESORT, and I mean the very very last after all avenues and prospects for a peaceful solution are well passed exhausted. If not then the republic and the great experiment dies the the instant the 1st shot of rebellion is fired.
We can not waver in our peaceful defense of our freedoms, because those that wish to end them will not stop pushing for those ends.
Sorry to get all preachy back to our regularly scheduled discussion
I just talked to my firearms guy/ LMT dealer today. He just got back from SHOT last night, LMT is saying 36 MONTHS yes 3 YEARS for orders placed TODAY to clear the back log.
just saying is all..................

Man I had a great weekend. Did a trip over to Oak Harbor to get some e30 parts and explore a bit, and today I got to go shooting with two friends from boat school. First time shooting a shotgun. Yes a know... NEWB. I had a blast. :D
My buddy Chris brought his semi auto Browning 12 gauge, and my buddy Randy brought his Ruger 10/22, Browning High Power 9mm and a Dan Wesson .45. I brought my Spring Field Mil-Spec .45. Fell in love with my pistol all over again. What a joy to shoot, and I can get consistent 1-2" groups with that damn thing. LOVE IT!
Anyways... Videos and Pictures
From left to right Browning HP 9mm, DW .45, and SF 45.
Chris shooting the Browning 12g
And Randy and Chris shooting the Ruger 10/22. That thing was fun! Pling pling pling :)

Ahhh the good ol Browning A5.......... My new FN uses the modernized version of that action. You started off on one the best and most timeless semi-auto shotguns of all time designed by John Browning himself in 1903 (IIRC). My gpa gave my uncle his early 60's era A5 before he died.
