You will find more information here than anywhere. I would not trust a dealer unless you know him personally.

Great, now you've got me staring at 1911's when I should be doing about 1000 other things....typical for me though.

I HATE gun shop owners/employees. For some reason they always have this cocky attitude like they're the shit and you're just wasting their time. I just don't get the attitude problems with most of those guys. Is it some sort of automatic tough guy card if you work at a gun shop? I finally found a shop that I liked that wasn't filled with A holes, but even they failed when it came down to it.

I had them order new batteries for my lasermax laser in my Glock. I showed them my gun and told them it was the older version and blah blah blah and when the batteries finally arrived after a few weeks and many calls, they were the wrong batteries. I had prepaid and they said sorry but they couldn't return them or something, but they would gladly order up the correct batteries. I said I'll pass and have yet to get batteries over a year later. I still have the new batteries I bought if anyone needs them?

Im reading up, and those things are a bit out of my range. Im also reading that their magazines are the shit though. If I ended up getting a Kimber, I would probably swap to a Wilson mag.

i think he just wants to ban all guns for the fear that he'll end up with too much in common with jfk.
Im pretty sure the gun that killed JFK wasnt registered either.

You can always go to a shop and put a down payment on a gun and then everyone once in a while when you're driving by you can stop in and throw them a few bucks. That's what I've done on a couple guns. It locks me in and I get a gun with money I would have just blown on stupid shit.

Are you still located in Cali? Because that is not a preban rifle and against California law. If it was lost in a boating accident Ill edit my post!

actually its not against cali law due to the fact it has a bullet button. cali law had to outlaw all there firearms by make and model and mines not on the list. there fore its legal. I could go on about all the loopholes about cali laws but i dont feel like typing that much. heres some links to explane it.

http://www.calguns.net/ ( Its a forum that explanes it all)

and that ban list floating around is bs.

Im learning here but have a few questions.

How do you go about getting a striped receiver into California with out this piece?

This is also a quote from Calguns.com
It prevents finger manipulation of the mag release, and creates a condition allowable under CURRENT INDIVIDUAL INTERPRETATION of California law.

The part in red is the scary part. I can show you many cases where the BATFE does not care about "individual interpretation" and will manipulate a weapon by adding items or replacing items causing the gun to break the written law. I know two of them. One where they added a shoe string and aluminum foil to create a full auto out of a semi, and another where they changed parts and used different primers causing the gun to double fire. Creating an NFA item. I person is now in jail and the other just got issued a warrent.

You still have 4 of the 5 evil features, (flash hider, bayo lug, pistol grip, and retractable stock....

Why not just buy a prepan lower?

                            1. AR15/AK47 receivers not on the Kasler List are legal and are known as Off List Lowers/Receivers (OLL).

                            The list

The lower is stripped so it has no evil features so you can get it.

You cant the ban things different here. If you had it before the ban it had to be registerd as an Assault Weapon And can not transfer it.

Thats funny because the true definition of an assault weapon is not an AR15. Its a assault style weapon. Cant wait till that big one comes and rips that god forsaken place off the map. Just hope that ruling does not spread like cancer to the other free states!
