Not sure on competition rules, but when I do run-n-gun stuff I use a G-Code holster and belt system. I really like it , only downside is it puts the gun a tiny bit off your body. Stays pretty stable though.

you guys ever use one of the packs from hill people gear? the ones that mount on the chest, like the recon or heavy recon kit bags do? I bought one for cycling, since I ride a recumbent, and its pretty badass. concealed carry on your chest and easy access. not that it would be useful in most people's situations, but works great on a recumbent bicycles, or hiking with a pack that requires a waist belt to keep it secured.

I just had a look and that's pretty cool, throw some kydex mag pouches on it for when you are in the woods, it's perfect for reloads

PS90 is a long gun so under federal rules you can buy out of your home state in person and not have to worry about the FFL transfer in your home state, pistols you can only accept delivery of in your home state. I am not familiar with the NE rules on this so do your own home work, but if they (like most states) default to federal rules on this you should be fine to go pick it up in person with out having to worry about the shipping and transfer fee from a local shop.
For my understanding, it is for all firearms. If you buy in another state that ffl will have to send it to an ffl in your home state. That is for all firearms.

Negative (unless something has changed recently) local transfer applies if your are shipping any fire arm via 3rd party(unless from and to your self in certain circumstances), you are buying a pistola from out of state has to be shipped or your local/state laws require such action to be in compliance with waiting/cooling off periods, registration forms before final delivery etc.... .

We are talking about an in person face to face transaction of a buyer and a FFL of a LONG gun with no state or local laws barring that type of transaction. Hence why I told him to research his own local/state laws before hand to make sure only the Federal statutes are in play for interstate transfers. I have purchased long firearms out of state from local FFLs when at work before and checked them on the plane to get home at the end of the job.

If there has been a change in those rules I am unaware of please let me know where to find the updates statues so I will know better.
