Finally got to shoot my p365...I love this gun. Small, yet shootable, and still small enough to be able to conceal easily and have 10rds.

anybody use grease for their AR?

I just use whatever oil I have on hand. Keep the bcg wet and any AR close to in spec should keep chugging for a large # of rounds

I have a m&p sport, the first gen, and that thing hangs up a bunch. I think I need to add more lube.

Try lubing it but if that doesn’t work Smith should take care of it...

I got a p365. Then the same week Cabela's comes out with a deal that you pay $599 and get the gun, holster, 12rd mag, and a box of ammo(HP or range ammo).

So I went back and they would let me pay the difference that I payed for the gun and get the other stuff...BUUUUTTTTT they didn't have any of the extras...

Came back a few days later...still nothing...

Went back yesterday, they had the ammo and the holster...went to get it and instead of paying the ~$70, they charged me like $15 for the holster and ammo, then I would just pay the for the mag at regular price. So I got a "$70" holster and ammo for $15...

Not too bad.

Stoked that my CMP M1Garand is being delivered tomorrow. I just sent in the paperwork last Tuesday. Way faster processing and shipping than I thought would happen. I thought I would have a few weeks to work on the wife before it arrived. Oh well, looks like I will be purchasing some M2 ball ammo tomorrow.

All sorts of ammo. Fails to load the next round. I've tried different mags. It seems to run ok at first. Then it starts to not load the next round.

I have a friend that has a FN in 45 with the threaded barrel and Romeo 5 red dot. It's pretty cool shooting a red dot sighted pistol...makes me want one lol

November 43 serial number Springfield. Need to refinish the new stock for a more period look. The stock will also get a bunch of applications of BLO as it feels pretty thirsty. What a beast of a weapon. I wouldn't want to have to lug it around for months on end. Those were men!!



I love the straight stock Marlin. Straight stocks are so purdy!!!!

I cant speak for the 509, but my FNX45's trigger broke so close to the grip it was very uncomfortable to me.
I prefer a longer trigger reach. May be worth handling and maybe even firing first to see how it fits you. That was just my experience and preference with a FN pistol.
