It has nothing to do with the lighting company, I don't mind them. It's the damn NorCal people.

I'll tell you this, I was about to commit mass genocide on a global scale when the first Austin Powers movie came out.

I hate any overused word. Any. Every single clichéd phrase or word in the history of mankind, ever, is my personal enemy. Except, that is, the few that I like and have been adopted by the unwashed masses. Not very many, but a few..."O rly? / Ya rly" comes to mind.

I really hate it when people substitute numbers for words, such as "I'm going 2 the store 2 buy some snacks 4 you." it's not any easier to type and isn't any easier to read.

IM shorthand is single-handedly dumbing down the world.

it varies from area to area, i say hella, and no one thinks anything of it. it was popular in the 90s, then everyone hated it, then in the past couple years it's ok to say again, at least in warshington

How many Californian kids does it take to screw in a light bulb?

                      Hella. :D

But seriously, I still say it sometimes. I lived in Cali for most of my school years.

It has never been, is not, and will never be OK. Evahevahevaheavah! Might as well be saying "da bomb." Even typing that makes 3 years fall off my life.

My personal least favorite is "must of" instead of "must HAVE". It's unusually common on forums of all kinds.

I admit its more of a spelling issue than a pronounciation issue, but whatever.

                            Git-R-Done....

It's a very common word around here and has been around long before Larry the Cable Guy got ahold of it. I'm just sick and tired of hearing it. Now most people make a point to say it. Unlike before it was just used to tell someone to get their ass in gear.
