But seriously, it's real television with real people. Shows like Engaged and Underage show real issues that people go through and how they really act. It's not some scripted crap where people keep their composure and always have something scholarly to say.

9 times out of 10 that shit is totally scripted. Like all the dating shows and bullshit.

Actor "Well this is how it happened"
Producer "Could you renact it"
Actor "Not a problem"
Producer "Except, I need you to yell the whole time, cry at the end and then slam your door and then we are going to do a cut shut of you taking on the phone saying 'I am gonna eat a bunch of sleeping pills'"
Actor "Wait what?"
Producer "Well then we are gonna cut to 20 minutes worth of commercials. Leaving the viewers on edge"

Shows like Sweet 16, and Engaged and Underage do nothing put promote stupidity. All these people are being rewarded for being complete and utter morons. Shows such as Scared. They might as well have a show called "Huffing" where every episode they try to see what they can get high off of

"Next week's episode, brake cleaner and ether"
