Fun find!

I got a quarter at mcdonalds. I chucked it in my ashtray with the rest of my change, but it sounded funny... like a fake quarter.

So I take it out and its from 1963, look at the side and it appeared to be made out of only one metal.

Anyways I just took it out again today because I am bored to see if it was worth anything.

Its 90% silver and 10% copper

AND ITS WORTH ABOUT $1-3!!!!!

I check almost every coin I get. I have found some junk silver worth some good money. About 10 years ago you could just go into a bank and ask for $200 in quarters and come out with about 20 to 30 silver coins, now good luck!

Cool someone else knows what to look for!
