Yeah, I do when I can. I was riding on a Fuji for a while, then I went to college, got a cheap Specialized for beating on and jumping stuff, the it got stolen in the middle of the bike rack. 300 bikes and mine gets taken?

Me and my girlfriend both ride 07 fuji nevada 1.0s.

Been way too rainy to ride - major erosion problems here in tx.

What do you weigh? I am light and the type riding I do is not big air so I have not had issues with RS except none support of older products. But the same goes for Shimano. I hate the fact that most stuff is non rebuildable, unlike older Suntour XC Pro was.

Loved the older MicroDrive stuff as well as the Ritchey 2x10.

Mark my words, the fox stuff is the wave of the future.... Look for all of the Trek/Gary Fisher to run Fox front and rear shocks for 2008 models and into the future....

Just got done riding Phase 2 at Alum Creek here in Columbus. Was kind of a hellride, the owner of our shop blew out the tire on a 2 foot drop, the Gen Manager flatted, one of our customers bent his big ring in half, and a new girl rode a GF Hifi off a log bridge into a creek.... haha. That and our tech manager ran into a tree and smashed his wedding band...

                      155 lbs of iron

Rear suspension is ok, but Ellsworth Epiphany is the only way to go for that. Any other suspension soaks up your pedal power. Hardtail just puts the power down.

You loose a little speed on the downhill side of a course, but I am climber so the up hill I dominate and that is really where it matters.
