Who's Bought A PS3 Since The Price Dropped?

Ordered one tonight via Amazon. They're including a 6th free Blu-Ray movie and a free Sony Blu-Ray remote control. Also picked up a second wireless controller.

Oh, and here's what the rest of my cart looked like:

- "Le Mans" DVD (Steve McQueen)
- "Ronin" DVD (Robert DeNiro)
- "Grand Prix" DVD (James Garner)
- "Super Speedway" DVD (Mario Andretti)

Ordered a new Sony rear projection yesterday (got to split that with my roommate, so it wasn't too terribly expensive). Hopefully both the PS3 and the HDTV will be here on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

Like, I said, it's part of the e-baller package. It was on the options list when you were built, maybe your parents didn't order it?

What rock have you been hiding under sir? The PS3 60 gig dropped $100 from $599 to $499.

I really mainly wanted a Blu-Ray drive for the HDTV, but I can "deal" with the fact that the PS3 as a Blu-Ray drive lets me play games, too :).

Form evening news it will probably come down in price again. I hear thou they are failing at a good rate, is that true? I'll just keep my PS II. Honestly I'm happy with it.

I have the 360 and the ps3 and both are awesome although I am starting to have issues with the 360( the red lights from hell ) and never a problem with the ps3. Honestly I have always been a playstation fan and opted for the 360 this time around and I am just not as impressed with it. Game selection is better on the 360 but to me on HD tv the graphics are better with the ps3 but the game selection sucks and DAMN I paid the original price for the 60gb one. Thats what I get for having to have it when they first came out.

Oh and the large penis option can get these bought for you if you find the right chic !!! Thats what I did LOL

Eh, rear projections were baller in the 90s. They've kind of gone the way of the dodo. Still nice Tvs, though.
