i personally use R3V off topic when I want to be a hipster and refrain from using facebook, when at home, when im not doing anything.
currently, dont feel like doing anything because my body is sore as shit from maxing out on the bench and squats yesterday, which i shouldnt have done 1st time benching/squatting in a year..ish

Why does everyone have to turn into "Mr. Fucking Tough Guy" when they go to the bars? Halfway into our adventure (myself and a friend Mike) Mike steps on some black guys Nike's. Given they were cool, they weren't thaaaaat cool-I should mention it was crowded so FFS shit happens, and this guy freaks out. Mike offered to buy him a drink, give him money to clean his shoes, hell he even asked "how much did you pay for those" and pulled out his wallet. I went to grab three beers hoping to diffuse the situation, but I was wrong.
Next thing I see is him outside the bar on the ground getting punched, kicked, etc by SIX people-assuming his friends. I ran out with a 24oz beer mug (fucking solid glass) and crack one guy over the head, kick another square in the mouth, and by that time bouncers had everyone contained. Police arrived seconds later, the six were arrested. The one I cracked yells "What about him?" trying to get me an assault charge or some shit and I told the cops straight up- I did what I had to do to protect my friend and all witnesses/bouncers came to my defense. One bouncer literally said "this guy (me) was like Brett Favre jumping over a couch, dodging/shoulder checking people and got outside faster than we did." I was questioned and simply claimed self defense since I was worried for his life, so I got off with nothing-as I should.
I just left the ER, Mike got a CAT scan, his lip was hanging off his face so I'm sure he's getting a good number of stitches shortly. His face and neck are just a complete mess spewing blood and he's been waiting for exactly 4 hours at a major hospital to see an actual doctor. It's Saturday, they should be staffed up, that's bullshit.
