Torn on Decisions - car for 40th b-day in 3 years, saving up

I will likely sell my s50E30M3 and 635csi & here are my car choices, perhaps you folks can give me some insights:

1st Tier @ $ 40,000-45,000
2001 Porsche Twin Turbo - now for as low as $ 55,000 - White or Lapis Blue with Tan interior and white gauges

2007 M3 (E92) - White or Silver

2nd Tier @ $25-30,000

2003 Mercedes E55 (white) with Panorama glass rooftop
2003 E39M5 Red or Blue with Nappa interior

911TT and M3 are very different from an M5 or E55, how practical do you need?

Which leads me to...an Exige would be a lot of fun/easily in that price range. Lot of options ranging from as practical as an M5 to as absurd as an Exige, narrow down what you're lookin for!

Porsche upkeep is a bitch. Really. E39 M5 with light mods.

spend a little more and get a cleaner w211 e55. they usually go around $50k, i dont really see em for $30k around here.

Do Porsches like Ferrari's have those outrageous 30,000 service for $10k? or less maintenance needed?

I mean a car like this maybe to be drivem 3-5000 miles/year
