Have you ever spent much time in Vancouver, WA (Vantucky)? There are a lot of words to describe that city, but 'nice' isnt one that I'd use ;)

I have a couple nice rain jackets... but even then, it takes a real rainstorm, or a rainy hike/camping for me to wear it.
