+1 stupid fanboys. But hey, they need a new convoluted section of their store just to deal with all their issues... the only time my family has contact ed Dell was ordering online a S-video kit and doubling my RAM without any need for their help.

Dell XPS laptop circa 2003 minus the looks. P4 2.8 512mb upgraded to 1gig at Xmas gift to myself, DVD Burner, 15 LCD main with 19" secondary, 60GB internal which has been the only issue as it got dusty when the DVD tray was left open drunkenly, 60GB WD USB-powered passport for travel, and WD 250GB firewire external for movies. Family hand me down - might upgrade the hard drive and DVD writer (easy to remove DVD player in 2 seconds and HD in 30 with just a screwdriver).

I really could us a faster processor though. Thinking of just buying a new mobo and processor and swapping it in.
          I'll sell ya mine! :D

I'm getting my new laptop probably this weekend (ordering it, anyway). Can't wait to get it!
