      well, since the article says that it only works on small micromachinery and in small forces, it can be used to reduce the amount of friction on moving machinery. maybe they will be able to scale it up just enoughto make it where engines don't need oil and it runs in a pure frictionless state. (oil companies will have fun with that one)
