    someone explain bow ties to me

    what exactly is the message a guy wants to send when he thinks about sporting a bow tie? i see these freaks walking around with them and i just shake my head.
    ive never ever met a guy wearing a bow tie that was normal

        I have two, but rarely wear them since I can tie a long tie in 2 seconds and I'm always running late. I will tell you however that chicks dig em. Wear one for a day and see all the compliments from the ladies.

            We used to have to wear them on our uniforms at work, being a waiter. Aside from that type of use I think they look weird.

              i agree with carley. I went to a high school where ties were required for all but two months of the year and the only ones who wore them were nerds who thought they were being clever.
