The yellow one, yes is oe, the second is a owner modification. You can tell cuz one is a Cobra, the other is a Mustang.

I dont think the Factory Cobra Rs came in convertibles, nor put those wings on them if they were verts.


On another note; I will own an E28 ///M5 one day. It is my next conquest.

Yep. Ford Motorsports sells the wing thru the dealer network. IIRC it's $500.00+ and people have been putting it on vert 'stangs for a while now. In truf, the Cobra R only came in 1 color.

I would say you're right about the not on a vert from the factory. However I would say that the guy prolly bought a Cobra vert clapped out from some dealer like Galpin Ford.

On another note ...I think those old skool Halibrand style wheels look like total ass on any newer car .

It only came in Performance Red. All others are posers.

Living near SoCal Speed Shop in Pomona, about three years ago I saw Pete C. driving a 2003-2004 Lincoln LS with partial color matched Halibrands and it was one of the hottest new cars I'd ever seen.

there is a house not far from me, I think there is something going on in there, the black Bentley and the stretch limo are abandoned , they both have flat tires, body damage all over, broken lights, hanging body trim and dust 1" thick all over, they've been sitting there on the street with expired registrations for more then 2 years now...
