This was this past summer during a HEAVY rain driving in NJ, on my way home back from the shore. It was about a foot of water, no exaggeration. Right before the Walt Whitman Bridge.
And Finally. This dude passed out from drinking at a party we were at. We put a fishing rod in his hand and a pack of toilet paper just in case he needed to go fishing and take a dump.
