Energy drinks are horrible for your teeth. I'm 27 years old and had never had a cavity my whole life. I started drinking energy drinks daily and a couple months later I had 3 cavities. The dentist (my uncle) called it, "So have you been drinking energy drinks?". Yup sure have sir.

I drink a NOS everyday, also I probably drink a few cans of mountain dew and/or a drink of pop when I go out to eat. 23 and I have never had a cavity, been drinking pop on a daily basis for a looonngg time. I do however use mouthwash OCD/religiously, probably like 8 times a day. My dentist attributed that to my cavity free teeth.

That is very important, if you rinse (even with just water), it will keep you teeth much healthier. Still all the crap you're drinking isn't good for your health in general.
