Northeast people... Who has done the Alpine Slide

I went there Yesterday. Attitash Ski Resort, that thing was SO bad ass. i was flying down, even flew off, but still recovered. wish i did it more than once. just wanted to mention that is you are in the north east its definately worth the drive.

It's up at hood. They do it in the summer when there is less snow (yes, LESS snow).

Worked a whole summer at Mt Bromley alpine slides and drank daily when I graduated from H.S.

Vt. was still 18 at the time to drink, best summer ever.

Best fun in rain and wearing a helmet and long sleeves and long pants. Working there we did al sorts of stupid stuff.

I've done that at ski resorts near me. They took it down because it was too "dangerous."

Psh. It was always a blast - especially when you fell off the sled and burned all of your skin off on the fiberglass track at 35 MPH.
