that is the guy who is in the movie "District B13" With David Belle, Who created the art of Parkour (Freerunning).

That guy in the video is one of the best. Sad thing about the movie District B13 is that it it was made in france and was released in one language, french.

There is a english translated version on the internet somewhere, the movie is worth a watch.
