Yes--3.0/3.2 E30's will pull away from E46 M3's, usually very much to the dissatisfaction of the E46 driver--most notably when wife/gf/homeboy is present.

All I am going to say is where is the proof that was a e46 m3 ?? Its kinda hard to tell that from just the mirror shot you see from the camera man....hmmmmmmmm.......

I have a stock S50, stock chip, intake, UUC Flywheel, no cat - have satyed with E46 M3's.

E30 with S50 = 240HP/2800 lbs
E46M3 = 333HP/3400 lbs

97hp more but 600 lbs heavier

= About even, the E46 also had a passenger, so add at least 150 lbs on the conservative side
